Thunderbird is a great open source free application. You can purchase add-on extensions that make it much more powerful but the basics are all most users need. This is my preferred email program on a Windows PC.

If you can't see all of your folders, please use the instructions linked to below.
Do you have another Microsoft 365 account that you use? If so you may be directed to an error message online when completing the setup. If so, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the browser window and choose add account. Then follow then onscreen prompts.
If a legitimate email lands in your junk folder, mark it as Not Junk.

If your email is not working, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Login to webmail here
If you cannot login to webmail, please try to reset your password
If you can login to webmail continue to the next step.
2. Remove the email account from your device.
3. Add the email account back to your device.
