Add a sender to Safe senders and domains

If you're not receiving email from a specific email address, or it's always going to the junk folder you can add the email address or domain to your Safe senders and domains list.

  1. Login to Outlook.com
  2. Click the three dots in the toolbar to get the full menu
  3. Click Rules > Manage Rules
  4. Click Junk email
  5. Under the Safe senders and domains list, click Add
  6. Enter the email address or domain
