Quick Start Email Setup

Use the settings below to setup your email on any device.

Email Server Settings

Server Standard Ports
Incoming server (IMAP):
143, 993 (SSL)
Outgoing server (SMTP):
80, 3535, 25, 465 (SSL)

 Add Another Outgoing Server

If you can receive email but not send it, this usually means that your internet service provider is blocking the outgoing mail. Adding their outgoing server to your email settings will allow email to be sent. For apple mail, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Mail settings for theaccount
  2. Tap / click on Outgoing Mail Server
  3. Under Other SMTP Servers, tap / click Add Server…
  4. Leave the User Name and Password blank and enter the settings below that match your ISP into the Host Name box:
    • smtp.telus.net
    • mail.shaw.ca
    • smtp.xplornet.ca
