Setup your new Email Account

Welcome to your new (and professional) email address!

Let’s get it setup so you can start using it.

First a couple Frequently asked Questions:

  1. What is an email client? A software program that is used to access and manage a user’s email.
  2. What’s the difference between POP and IMAP: POP works by downloading your emails from your provider’s mail server, and then marking them for deletion there. This means you can only ever read those email messages in that email client, on that computer. You will not be able to access any previously downloaded emails from any other device, or with any other email client, or through webmail.
  3. My email isn’t working? Troubleshoot your email problem and identify whether the issue is coming from your email client software or the email server. Email servers rarely go down or have problems. Usually the problem is coming from the email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail etc. To check this, go to a website browser and access your email using the webmail instructions. If you’re able to access your account using Webmail then the problem is likely with your email client. Go over the instructions and settings to ensure they’re correct. If you’re still having problems, please contact us for assistance: 250-337-5014 or [email protected]
